Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. It may include information such as your device's IP address, browser type, operating system, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, time spent on those pages, and unique device identifiers.
When you access the Service via a mobile device, we may also collect information such as your device type, unique device ID, mobile operating system, and mobile browser type.
Information Collected while Using the Application
With your prior permission, we may collect the following while you use the Application:

- Health and fitness data (see the Health Data section below)
We use this information to provide and improve the features of the Service. You can enable or disable access to this information at any time through your device settings.
Health Data
With your permission, Zivora reads health and fitness data from Apple HealthKit (iOS) and Google Health Connect (Android) to power migraine tracking and personalised risk insights. The following data types may be accessed:
- Sleep data (total sleep duration, light sleep, deep sleep, REM sleep, and time in bed)
- Heart rate
- Heart rate variability (HRV / SDNN)
- Step count
- Active energy burned
This health data is used solely to generate personalised migraine insights within the app. It is never sold, shared with advertisers, or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes. Health data is processed on-device wherever possible and is not stored on our servers.
You may revoke health data access at any time through your device's Health or Privacy settings. Revoking access disables health-based insights but does not affect other app functionality.
Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use your Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain the Service, including monitoring usage.
- To manage your Account and provide access to features available to registered users.
- To perform a contract — fulfilling any purchase or subscription agreement.
- To contact you via email, push notifications, or other communications regarding updates, security notices, or service information.
- To provide you with relevant news, offers, and information about our Service.
- To manage your requests submitted to us.
